Our medical practice, is looking to hire the best possible fit for our patient intake staff. This is an active, fast paced medical practice that helps patients lose 8-10 pounds a month using medically guided treatments.

• You will be the first impression, and final person our patients see during their visits. You will be a main point of contact and responsible for all facets of our front desk operations, including answering all inbound phone calls from prospective patients.
• Phone experience, ability to handle multiple tasks at once, using software and high attention to detail both personally and professionally.
• You must be comfortable following a specific script for all inbound phone calls from prospective patients. This is non negotiable.
• Proven track record of being on time and early.
• Desire to work in a cutting edge company in a cutting edge industry.
• Resourceful, energetic, takes initiative, polished, and high attention to detail.
• Bilingual is a plus.
• Medical experience is NOT required.
• 35-40 hours per week.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $37,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
